"Great location okay price. It labeled as an inn but its a motel with shampoo. We had two double beds, its says queens but they were more full size."

"It was a unique take on bed and breakfast, and it was perfect for us to have some time away from the kids. The room was comfy, the hosts were great, and the food was excellent!"

"Although they may have been clean, the sheets were old and had stains. The bathroom appwaredclean, but the ceiling had damage from previous leak appeared to be dry but also had black mold on the waterstain spot of the ceiling."

"We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again."

"We had a great stay at FR Ranch! The location was perfect, and the host was awesome and very welcoming. We really enjoyed fishing at the pond and all the amenities around the house. The property felt very safe since the entire ranch is fenced, and the courtyard has its own separate fence as well. The complimentary noodles, eggs, and bottled water were such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay again!"
