« The staff was helpful and the lobby & breakfast room were nicely decorated for fall and clean. My "key" deactivated, and the staff was nice to reactivate it. « I did not stay at this facility. One look at it, and I left. It was totally unacceptable as there was absolutely NO WINDOW in the room. Within one hour of making the reservation, I requested a refund, but so far, I have received nothing but silence. »
