Detached house in the village center of Moumour, a small village in Béarn between Oloron-Ste-Marie (4 km) and Navarrenx (15 km). Completely renovated cottage, with 1 reserved parking space. Small enclosed plot of land sloping to the rear, to the South, with terrace and garden furniture (access to the garden only through the basement of the house). On the ground floor : -Entrance -Separate WC (with sink) -Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave) -Lounge area (TV) Air-conditioned floor: -2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 - 2 beds 90 x 200 which can be combined). 1 baby bed. BEDS MADE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL - TOILETS INCLUDED. -Bathroom (corner shower, sink, toilet). -Landing with small board games Basement : -Laundry room (washing machine) opening onto the small sloping plot of land laid out in terraces and secured Electric heating and air conditioning at extra cost, on meter reading (8 kwh/day package included). Small grocery store in the village (bread depot). Many walks nearby in the Pyrenees national park. Fishing in the Gave (salmon and trout). Pau 45 minutes (Château Henri IV). Salies de Béarn 30 mins (thermal treatments). 1 baby bed and a high chair are available. Renovated house in the heart of a quiet Béarn village, facing the Pyrenees (Pic d'Anie - Pic d'Arlas). Between Oloron-Sainte-Marie and Navarrenx, many activities to discover (rafting, fishing, hiking, spa treatments).
