Very nice property with a nice spa. Temperature control is an option as the air conditioning isn't available some times of year. So if you are there on a warm day you will have to hope the outside temperature drops enough to keep you cool. Restaurant was buffet and mediocre at best. I'd stay here again but with lowered expectations.

Federico the receptionist was one of the best friendly helpful staff. Service room was excellent,I would love to thank Everyone there for their exceptional hard work and amazing service ,Maria at the coffee Bar in the lobby is one of the amazing beautiful person ,in Luger husband who works at the Bar . I really appreciate it all their wonderful customer service.

We asked for a quiet room which was not quiet from about 7am in morning- pillows were round long boulder type which were most uncomfortable. - food was ok not outstanding.

We travelled early July. The overall presentation of the hotel-from the room to gardens, lobby area, bar/restaurant was very good. Cleanliness was good. Pool area lovely. Food was varied, drinks were fine ( we went all-inclusive) Our son was too old for the kids club- but we did notice the kids doing activities and appeared well supervised. We had a hire car- it was easy then to get to Alhambra, Nerja and explore the area.

Fantastic hotel, rooms great. Pool area with bar good and nice drinks. I paid extra 16€ for all inclusive band so drinks were free. But they don’t tel you about that on reception so you have to ask for it .

Un resort muy agradable y bonito, lo mejor el precioso jardín que llega hasta la orilla del mar, lo peor la musica a un volumen insoportable e innecesario en la piscina.

Cleanliness, food and sport and polite staff was excellent BUT the only down side was the pool club . It was uncomfortable and there was an unpleasant smell . Possible in need of an upgrade.

Sehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes, großes Superior Doppelzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Die Cocktails waren gut (der Alkohol war nicht mit Wasser gestreckt wie in zahlreichen anderen AI Hotels). Leider entspricht das Essensangebot nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Essen war fad und lieblos angerichtet. Einige Gerichte mussten wir leider auf dem Teller zurück lassen, da diese ungenießbar waren. Im Aussenbereich gibt es sehr viele Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Hier jedoch eine Liege oder einen Stuhl ohne Vogelkot zu finden, war wie Lotto spielen.

La habitación no corresponde absolutamente con nada con la categoría del hotel, habitación más adecuada a un hostal cómo máximo.Ni luz individual por mesilla de noche,plato de ducha deslizante, falta de regulación temperatura agua ducha, mesilla de noche rota, programas televisión descontrolados etc etc etc etc. Opino que sería mejor que no pusiesen a disposición estás habitaciones . El nombre y "categoría" del hotel queda en entredicho.

Me gusto todo en general . Lo que no me ha gustado el trato recibido del vigilante preguntando tantas veces si eramos clientes del hotel. Habia que enseñarle la tarjeta de la habitacion. Puedo comprender que es su trabajo pero tampoco entiendo pirque no da el hotel una pulsera de algun otro color si es solo para estancia. Nosotros decidimos salir a visitar lugares cercanos y probar comer en otros restaurantes del lugar . Pero si eramos clientes del hotel. Por todo lo demas excelente., todos super amables ., respetuosos, cordiales . Un diez.

sin duda volveremos.aparentemente muy bueno
Solo estuvimos una noche pero nos sorprendió muy gratamente. es como los resorts de mexico o punta cana,muy cuidado y limpieza excepcional.las habitaciones modernas y con balcon y al ir con niños si te la dan en planta baja pueden jugar en el tracito de jardin junto al balcon.las meriendas y snack bar inmejorable. La unica pega qué en el bufet aunque hay de todo,quiza le falte variedad. pero se compensa con un crack qué esta en la zona del bar con una barbacoa gigante haciendo hamburguesas,salchichas,chorizos y hasta sardinas.!!! la verdad lo descubrimos por casualidad volviendo a casa despues de una semana en huelva en otra cadena a la que "eramos" adeptos,y qué nos a defraudado mucho siendo la segunda vez en el mismo hotel. la siguiente estancia larga será alli sin duda y podremos comparar mas claramente con los 4* de la cadena iber☆☆☆☆ qué llevamos visitando durante 7 años y cuesta el doble

El aparcamiento para 15euros noche sin estar techado para el sol Me parece una burrada 5 días el coche a pleno sol, en cuanto a desayuno más o menos bien el almuerzo y cena deja mucho que desear y esperando el día del sushi y era in comíble ni mi perro se lo come después había que estar paseando la comida por todo el establecimiento cruzandote en el pasillo de entrada y salida de los demás usuarios para ir al comedor con la comida sorteando a los que venían entrando. Me gusto todo, lo que menos me gusto es que l@s pobres personal de limpieza tenia que recoger la basura general de unas tinajas que tiene el hotel como papeleras, las cuales al no tener bolsa de basuras l@s trabajador@s tienen que meter las manos (con guantes) pero lleno de avispas, agachandose, doblando la espalda una media de 5 veces por tinaja cuando si tuvieran bolsa de basura sacarían la bolsa y punto. La animación genial pero por la noche cuando lo hacen en el teatro fuera no hay nada podían poner algo de musica comercial x lo menos. En general todo bien
