The hotel was well located near to the Old Town. Clean and comfortable, though the breakfast was lacking as we got there towards the end of the allotted time and staff did not restock.

Old Mostar Stay

Great location, very convenient to old Mostar. Room was clean, staff pleasant and speak good English. Breakfast was meh, but fills the void. A good place for a clean room with shower.

Hotel Kapetanovina is in an ideal location to seeing the top attractions in Mostar. The bed was one of the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. The staff was very friendly and nice, giving me tips on what to see and do.

Great location and lovely staff

Lovely place to stay in Mostar, so close to the Crooked Bridge and very close to the Old Bridge. I booked the stay here as I saw their roof terrace when I was previously in Mostar and I hoped it would have amazing views - unfortunately the terrace is only for occupants of one room and not for all guests. So that was a shame! Otherwise couldn’t fault the stay, all the staff were lovely and it’s a great spot to stay.

Close proximity of everything. Mini Market just downstairs to the left. 2 min walk to the bridge view. Easy paid parking accross from reception. Easy access to the room with elevator. The room was huge and the balcony was very enjoyable.

Considero que la informacion brindada en la pagina web es en el mejor de los casos incorrecta. Entre los servicios ofrecidos refiere estacionamiento. Al llegar me cobran 15 euros por el. Por parte de del hotel, a pesar de reconocer que posee estacionamiento propio(se encuentra en el subsuelo). No reconocen su servicio. Le expreso que si no desean ofrecer el estacionamiento, no debe figurar en los servicios ofrecidos y en caso de querer publicarlo, deben aclarar el costo del mismo.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Da janela do meu quarto era possível avistar a old bridge. Quarto bem espacoso (familia), o segundo quarto era tamanho normal. O banheiro muito pequeno, e o café da manhã não tinham muitas opções. Foi uma boa opção

Perfect room with view of the bridge

Perfect for our one night stay. The lady on reception was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. Comfortable bed, quiet, great breakfast. So handy for old town. Parking opposite not owned by hotel for 10 Euros for 24 hours was easy. We were lucky to get a room with terrace.

Hotel tres bien situé et confortable

Tres bien placé, nous avons pris la suite familiale, nous la conseillons pour sa vue extra sur le pont et la vieille ville. L'hotel est a 2 mn du centre historique, bon petit dejeuner, personnel tres gentil. Parking juste en face pour 10 euros la journee et nuit.

Great location very clean

The hitels location is very close to Mostars old bridge. Altho7gh we did not have a view to it it was still supwr close to all attractions and old town. The hotel was spotless the staff very attentive and friendly. Super smooth checkin and check out. Breakfast was very good and lots to chose from. We would visit again.

Ist sehr zentral gelegen nur wenige Minuten von der berühmten Mostarbrücke entfernt. Nur die Lüftung könnte noch besser sein, morgens mit frittier Öl Geruch aufwachen ist nicht schön.

Hotel novo na parte turística de Mostar, já saindo um pouquinho da parte mais antiga, mas só por alguns passos. Tem elevador. Quarto bom, banheiro moderno. Café da manhã bom, variado. Para quem vem de carro há um estacionamento em frente, que não pertence ao hotel. Pagamos 15 euros por diária. Meu quarto não tinha vista, mas a dos meus amigos via-se 4 minaretes. Chegamos ao entardecer e assim que nos instalamos ouvimos o Muezin, uma experiência indescritível.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Mostar! The hotel is well located just about 5 minutes walk from the famous bridge in a quiet area. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and clean with a lot of natural light! The breakfast was ok, there were a lot of cold options and a few warm options like a pre made omelette but the warm egg items didn’t look very appetizing. The yogurts were sitting out at room temperature with nothing keeping them cold and I wondered how long they had been sitting there and if they were still ok to eat. Overall the breakfast was fine but could have been better. The lights in our bathroom also kept turning off if you left it on too long, I’m not sure if it was a wiring issue or a “green” initiative but it made for an interesting shower! The wifi also stopped working at about 11 pm until the morning which was frustrating. Despite these small issues, I would stay here again!
