Very clean and nice rooms. Accommodating staff and lively balconies. Breakfast was lovely and a perfect place to walk to all the sites, shopping and activities in the center of Mostar. I will definitely stay again and recommend this place often.

What an amazing stay. Family owned and operated and they were a pleasure. Nice room with very comfortable beds (not always easy to find in Europe), just steps away from heart of old town and parking at the door step of the hotel. Can’t wait to go back!

near the old town. very convenient. can be quite noisy at night as a bar is right beside it. very basic hotel but that is what they advertised so it was not a disappointment. staff was excellent.

This is a charming boutique hotel in the central part of the city. The owners went out of their way to meet our needs, and in this town most American tourists will probably need some assistance. Room was charming. Parking was on-site, and you probably can’t get that in many close-in properties. Highest marks!

The hotel name is confusing. Even locals a few step at away did not know of Boutique Hotel Old Town. The correct name is Old Town Hotel. Finding the hotel was challenging but the staff was very helpful in giving directions to the very small parking lot. I think the hotel is a bit overpriced but the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Happy to come back.
Great location, right next to the old bridge, restaurant's, bars etc. Staff were extremely helpful and for breakfast my omelette was one of my best ever. The Hotel itself isn't new but we were happy over all.

Cute-ish hotel in a small, quiet city. The staff was very accommodating and nice. They helped us arrange transportation to the Kravice Waterfalls (best idea ever to visit and very beautiful). Breakfast selections were a tad below average. During our two day stay, the outdoor temp was over 40C/100F. The AC in the room was absolutely inadequate. We were sweating throughout the night which made our sleeps very uncomfortable.

Hosts were amazing-so friendly. Hotel had such charm, hand-crafted details and just steps from all that the old town has to offer. Great breakfast, beautiful room (we chose the balcony). Easy parking. Highly recommend.

Magical Mostar
This hotel is in a fantastic location! We were warmly greeted as is we were staying in a private home! Breakfast was great! I’m sure if we would have needed anything special, it would have been provided if possible!

Great hotel in Old Town, Mostar
It was a little hard to find, but when you do, the hotel is wonderful. It’s situated right in the Old Town and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our room was a generous size and breakfast was plentiful. I would recommend a city walking tour with a lovely young lady named Ruba from Itravel tour company, she was fantastic.

Lovely stay in beautiful town
Had difficult time finding as GPS did not lead us properly but that was not the hotels fault. Hotel is very well maintained and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Helped us park our car, which having a parking space in this very busy tourist city is a bonus. Room was lovely and large. Great location, only steps away from the famous Mostar bridge.

Wonderful Gem of a Hotel with Exceptional Service
Very attentive staff who I believe was the owner. Came out and helped me park and brought my bags to the room. The younger person at the front desk who could have been the son-gave me a great restaurant recommendation The Hinden Han and it was terrific. The location is great, right by Old Town. The owner also gave me a couple recommendations and directions for other local attractions that I just loved and was so glad I didn't miss. The room is very clean, cozy with a traditional flare. I slept so well. Overall, the service is what stood out for me as just so wonderful. As a solo traveler, it's so nice when someone goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and that is how I felt while I was there. Thank you!!

Two minutes from the bridge
I enjoyed my stay here in this quiet yet elegant hotel that is literally a two minute walk from the Bridge and hectic streets leading to and from it. My room was spacious and comfortable in the old style and staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and there is a pleasant courtyard to sit in after visits to the bridge. Close enough to come at different times to escape the crowds and take scenic shots at sunset etc.

Nice hotel in an amazing location
The first thing to say about this hotel is that the location is amazing, about as close to the Stari Most as you can get. There's loads of bars, restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The hotel is pleasant enough although relatively old fashioned. There's a nice outside sitting area for breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only criticism of the hotel was that the air conditioning was not very good and the room was quite warm, however the staff did provide us with a fan when we asked. We also found it quite difficult to find the hotel using our SatNav. Access to the car park is over a very narrow hump back bridge which is not for nervous drivers. The car park is small but there was always somewhere to park.

Lovely hotel in centre of old town
A nice, friendly hotel right in the centre. The staff were helpful & went out of their way to make our stay comfortable & pleasant. Breakfast on the courtyard was beautiful. There was a buffet to choose from & we were also asked if we wanted fried eggs, omelette etc.

Ideal Proximity and Priceless Charm
This was one of, if not THE, best hotel stays we have had in Europe. Though we were not the only guests, the proprietor sought to ensure we felt like we were. The staff spoke English and were extremely attentive to our needs. The breakfast we enjoyed in the large courtyard, which was included in the room cost, was exceptional and had a nice assortment of fresh produce, breads, and meats. From free parking in the courtyard and the warm and inviting reception, to the exceptionally-close proximity to the Stari Most and restaurants/shops of Old Town (literally a 30 second walk from the front door of the hotel), to the clean and spacious rooms...we will stay here again each time we are in Mostar.

Booked this hotel following reading reviews on Tripadviser and was not disappointed one bit. Found the hotel no problem using the sat nav we hired with the car which lead us down a small road and the hotel parking was on the right just over a tiny bridge. The lady owner greeted us and check in was no hassle. Literally the hotel is meters from the main tourist area yet is peaceful staying there. Everything is easily walking distance and a few small supermarkets not far away. We only had one night stopover as was traveling from Split to Dubrovnik but wished had booked an extra night. Breakfast was great being offered a fresh omelette and there was the usual breakfast things to help yourself to. The family that own the hotel are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. My only comment would be the air conditioning was not especially effective and in very hot weather suspect this might have been an issue. However this was a very small thing and would never put us off booking again. Mostar is one of the most atmospheric places we have ever visited. Lovely people and scenery. Amazing how they have turned things around after the tragic war in the early 90's. We ate in two places - Hindin Han (owner of hotel recommended this) and Tima Irma - both not far from the hotel ad bridge. Couldn't fault either places and the food and service was amazing. The lady owner of Tima Irma is a real character and very nice with it.

The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel just next to the old city. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The place is clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony that was lovely to sit on. The owners live on site and are extremely pleasant and helpful. The negatives: The breakfast is average and limited. The bathroom toiletries are poor.

Definitely Recommend
Immaculate room! We thought this was a brand new hotel based on how sparkling clean and well kept everything was in the rooms and lobby. Located right in the heart of old town for quick access to all the major sights in Mostar. The staff was attentive and professional. Beautifully decorated as well with traditional Bosnian handicrafts which is a nice touch. Definitely recommend!
