The house is Heritage- however I feel that this is code for very basic. The floor plan was unusual as 3 bedrooms had no internal access and I felt uncomfortable having my children sleep outside on their own. (I was aware of this before I booked) The extremely good price was probably very fair, however I would probably prefer to pay a few more $$ and have the house decluttered, deep cleaned and some newer style beds and more comfortable outdoor furniture. ##### Andrea A. However it is clean and spacious, well stocked, has a pool table, and the location right near the Broulee bridge is excellent. The house is suitable for large groups of healthy adults, but probably not people with mobility issues (due to steep muddy street access), or families with young children (due to outside bedrooms and nearby cliff).
