Coastal Comfort 450m to the Beach

Welcome to 67A Annetts Parade, Mossy Point, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home designed to elevate your family holiday. Located just 450 meters from the beach, this coastal retreat offers easy access to sun-soaked sands, swimming, and beachcombing, making every day a seaside adventure.

Upstairs, the master suite features an ensuite and a private balcony, along with a second living area—perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet moment. Downstairs, the main living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, ideal for family gatherings and shared meals. The second bedroom and combined bathroom/laundry are conveniently located on this level for ease and comfort.

The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, making meal prep simple, while the wood fire adds warmth and charm during cooler months. For local flavor, the Mossy Café is just 400 meters away, perfect for coffee or a casual bite.

With thoughtful design, comfort, and a prime location, this home is the ideal base for a relaxing, memorable coastal getaway in Mossy Point.

High chair and travel cot are provided.

The outside of the house was covered in spiderwebs and the yard was overgrown. The clothes line was hard to use as there was vegetation all around it. No washing basket, no iron or ironing board. The outdoor furniture was all piled together on the veranda. We had to sweep the veranda when we arrived. There needs to be a huge clean up in the yard. The house is OK - not super clean- average. We won’t be staying again.

My girlfriends and i really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well appointed and close to the beach, easy walking distance. We were very comfortable and would certainly recommend this property as an ideal coastal getaway.

Serene and beautiful

We loved this place. It was super close to everything and the views to the estuary were lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the fireplace was a delight. We will definitely be back.

Don't promote what isn't true!!

Main heating was a wood burner, there was no wood available at the property? The picture of the house does not show the state of the exterior now, it is a mess. The external deck and furniture was filthy, obviously not cleaned for a long time. The house contained some excellent features, but wasn't properly cleaned, lots of dust and dirt along edges everywhere. The area was an excellent holiday destination, just felt cheated by the state of the house, no wood, no clothes line, scruffy and not clean.

Cosy Mossy Points

Great house with all comforts for the cold weather. Lovely wood fire heating and comfy beds. Feedback - the interiors of the house were clean and neat. Unfortunately, the outside looked unkept and scruffy. Some attention to cleaning the deck and front verandah and upkeep of garden would make a huge difference to the overall impression of the property. But otherwise was terrific! Thanks.

Better advice required

Nice place but the wood fire needs some available wood and kindling. Or - tell us we need to BYO wood. Lacking proper advice on heating for colder months. No internet is annoying. A variety of blankets would be good. (one jumbo thick sweaty doona supplied) Local cafe is great.

Amazing house and location and my kids loved the beatch right next to it

Mossy magic

We had a lovely Christmas week at 67a, fully equipped kitchen made it all very easy. The home was clean, comfortable beds were comfortable and only 3 mins walk to the beach. The kayak was a bonus!
