Our 3rd time booking.
We stay here whenever its available when we're in town. Clean and beautiful location. The neighborhood is quiet and you have your own private access to the bayou. I did notice some renovations in progress on back pier. The back porch also had new boards for the flooring. The back yard was already perfect but it's nice to see the owner doing some upgrades. We can't wait to rebook for the next time.

Great location and Peaceful
Great location for easy access to Mississippi Gulf Coast Beaches, Ocean Springs, Lucedale's Main Street for some shopping or just kicking back relaxing. With a total of 6 guest there was ample parking for all my family and some day visit by other friends. Everything was provided all we needed to bring was our clothes and food. We would consider this place again in the future.

Misleading
Property was pretty, serene, and spacious. We rented this because we were attending a funeral and was overwhelmed by the conditions of the property. We had to clean when we arrived...floors were very dirty, cob webs hanging, and what looked like blood splatter on the king size bed. The microwave did not work and one burner on the stove did not work. There was so much stuff crammed in the closet with the air/heat unit that it would be considered a fire hazard. There was weed killer out on the porch that should have been stored away from guests and rotting boards that my aunt almost fell through when they broke under her weight (near the end of wood walkway). When I voiced my concerns to the owner, he called me entitled and told me to stay in a 5 star hotel next time...and yes I asked for a refund/partial refund because of these issues. I do not recommend this property until he makes it safe. I am reporting this to Jackson County.

Spacious bayou home
Large spacious place to stay with room for everyone to doted out in their own space. Quite enjoyable area especially for people who have not experienced the bayou. Did not appreciate the toilet paper policy especially with younger children. Probably will not go back because of it.

Great Place! Right on the water!
Lots of outdoor space! Indoor space was open and bedrooms were private. Great experience and we will love to come back with a boat!
