The quiet spot was great for a fire outside at night and even had a strand of solar lights surrounding the fire pit which was a nice touch. The house had everything you could want and was in great condition. Again the s'mores package from the host was incredibly thoughtful, but they even had spices for cooking (which would be nice if others started doing as well)! It was spacious and clean, with a great couch for watching movies on the huge mounted tv. Kitchen supplies were sufficient, and we cooked two larger meals during our time. The yard was large, and although we didn't use the fire pit, we enjoyed the adirondack chairs for reading in the morning. We even saw some deer and a flock of wild turkeys. Pretty much equidistant from Wausau and Stevens Point if you're looking for a day trip. Communication was easy, and Kenneth was helpful in resolving an issue we had with the VRBO site during booking.
