"Our group of 20 ranged from 2 to 71 years old and everyone had a wonderful time. Lots of thoughtful bonus features - coffee station in the kitchen, outdoor speaker system, EV charger, pool towels, flat top and gas grill outside with a sink, a great swingset / playground. Beds were comfortable and the fact that every room had its own bathroom was ideal. The entire space stayed cool despite the Texas heat. The host was very responsive to questions. There is a big flight of skinny stairs to reach the 3 rooms on the second floor, but they were manageable for all ages. We’d love to return in the future!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay while visiting Waco for my daughter’s graduation! With a group of 12 family members spanning multiple generations, finding a home that was spacious, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone was so important—and this property exceeded our expectations.The house is beautiful and well-appointed without feeling overly formal. It truly felt like a home where we could relax, make memories, and let the kids be kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was stocked with every amenity we could have needed during our stay.There are 30 acres to explore with beautiful scenery. The outdoor space was a highlight for our family. The pool and hot tub were spectacular! We spent our days grilling, celebrating by the pool, and making memories together. In the evenings, we gathered around the table for card games that seemed to go on for hours.As wonderful as the property was, the hosts were the real standout. Jon and Jessica were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was perfect. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond our expectations in every way. They also allowed us to decorate around the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone with our family. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly home with amazing hosts, this is it. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"I don’t often write reviews so bear with me,First off, the owner of the property was very communicative and kind throughout our correspondence. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The first-day instructions were incredibly easy to follow — we were checked in and ready to start our day in no time.The open-concept layout was really neat. The high ceilings and spacious rooms made the place feel huge. The new washer and dryer were an awesome amenity, and the very spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads was a really cool experience. Having a fully equipped kitchen, along with a ready-to-go propane grill, made cooking comfortable and easy.The first night on the outdoor deck was a beautiful surprise. Fireflies floated through the trees onto the deck and gave us a natural wonder to enjoy. The next morning, deer were only yards away along the tree line.We made a trip to the Waco Zoo and came back to this comfortable home to reset and continue our day away from the city. Also not far away is the Mammoth National Monument. If your child is into prehistoric stuff, this is a must see. Amazing!!Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience."
