« The Monarch Motel is very conveniently located in the middle of the downtown Moscow area.
Given we were visiting during the summer season, so it was not as noisy/busy as it would be during the academic year, but we found the location and noise level to be very enjoyable. Once we arrived, we did not move our car until we left.
