« The Outdoor Living Spaces are superb with a covered patio, open patio, deck and hot tub. It is so quiet and so dark at night the stars just pop out like crazy. A Slice of Heaven on earth. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The beds and linens were so comfortable. We have never stayed at a VRBO that is so well supplied. The views are magnificent from every window. We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive). « This house is in the perfect location for maximizing your time at the Dunes & Zapata falls. We especially loved the beautiful view of the dunes from the porch. As Texans, we were very concerned about having no AC in July, but we were plenty cool, even cold, every night. There are a ton of great touches in and around the house to help us enjoy our time there. The comfy mattresses in the loft were perfect for the kids. We will be back again for sure! »

« This place had amazing views and was just what we were looking for to use as a short stay on our way home from the Ouray area and to see the Great Sand Dunes National Park before leaving Colorado back to Wisconsin. The owner answered all questions both leading up to the trip, and while staying at the house. Be prepared, there is not much of anything in the area for shops or food, but there is a dollar general 20 minutes away and a great place for food named "Food is art". They treated my family...
