We can offer you the extra options of a dinner service delivered to your apartment each evening, return transfers from Geneva, a daily lift service to the slopes and a ski rental service (delivery or in town. Lots of communication with Richard and Karen before the trip so they answered all our questions and sorted lift passes. Richard even picked us up personally from the airport, which was super convenient. I bumped my head twice. The headroom on the stair was also far to low and unsafe. These aspects should have been made clear before renting. Also a number of lights were not working and the bedrooms had i suffi ient clothes storage - some with no drawers and some with no clothes hanging rails. There was 8 adults in the party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The apartment was close to the town with a short walk across the footbridge. The walk up the hill was a bit of a work up especially after a few drinks but I also added to the entertainment. There was a ski locker in the chalet but we used the free lockers in the ski shop to save walking up the hill with them. The dishwasher was an added bonus to save all the washing up. The communication from the owners was really good. Making sure the rooms were set up into either double or twin rooms. We would stay here again if we returned to morzine. Great stay in Morzine at this chalet. Very spacious and clean. One downside is that it is up a steep hill but was not a problem as Richard and staff ferried us around to lifts and restaurants. De keuken is iets te beperkt voor 8 personen , zeker als je zelf iets wil koken. Geen microgolf. Wij misten ook de skibotwarmers zoals vermeld in het aanbod. Deze moesten dan in het appartement. Wij vinden het eerder een zomerappartement. Zeer mooi uitzicht en een super terras, maar daar ben je in de winter niet zo veel mee. ##### Patrick V.
