The 70 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and an additional box-spring bed (1.20 x 2 m), a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 box-spring beds (can be arranged separately), 1 bathroom, a guest WC, and space for up to 5 guests, ideal for a family with 3 children.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, a baby cot, and table tennis.



The house offers a private outdoor area with pool and whirlpool (usable until 15 September), covered terrace, barbecue, and a shared garden. The location is excellent: close to the swimming lake and just 800 m from Moritzburg Castle, famous from the film "Three Wishes for Cinderella". Restaurants such as Adams Gasthof, Forsthaus, and Bärenhäusel are nearby. The art and culture city of Dresden is only 13 km away.
