We are delighted to present this pleasant studio-cabin with a west-facing balcony, located in the Chalet du Praz residence, close to the Morillon village gondola. With a surface area of approximately 19m², this apartment offers a comfortable space for a pleasant holiday in the mountains.  
  
Upon entering, you will find a cabin separated by the ground floor, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate toilet, a living area with sofa bed, TV, an equipped kitchen area.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, SENSEO pod coffee maker, electric kettle, fondue and raclette set, as well as crockery and cookware.  
  
Beds: Cabin: bunk beds in 75x190 (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).  
Living room: a sofa bed for 2 people in 160 x190  
  
Mattress pads, duvets and pillows for all beds, guaranteeing your comfort during your stay. Additional amenities include a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack.  
  
The highlight of this apartment is the wifi connection available. Please note that the agency declines all responsibility in the event of a connection problem.  
A ski locker is also available to store your ski equipment safely.

\- In winter: snow sports enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate proximity of the gondola, located only 100 meters away, allowing quick access to the vast ski area of the Grand Massif. The first shops — a butcher shop and a mini-market — are 200 meters away, making it easy to do everyday shopping without using the car.  
\- In summer: 500 metres away, the Lac Bleu opens its doors to a multitude of outdoor activities: bike rides, pony rides, supervised swimming, tree climbing, etc. An ideal space for families and nature lovers, in the heart of a preserved environment. Shops are also 200 metres away.  
A perfect place for a peaceful stay, a stone's throw from sports and leisure activities, in the natural and authentic setting of Morillon.
