Une vue magnifique sur la mer !
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette location. Elle est très fonctionnelle, lumineuse, propre et surtout avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et cela de l'appartement comme sur le rooftop, qui est d'ailleurs le gros plus de cette location. La superbe plage "les maldives de Salento" est à moins e 10 mn à pied ce qui est agréable, mais si elle reste très fréquentée sur cette période d'août, mais bon on s'y attendait. Encore Merci Livio pour sa disponibilité et sa flexibilité. Au plaisir de revenir... Florbelle et Morgan

L 'appartamento di Livio è molto accogliente, pulito e arredato con gusto. È dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, una seconda doccia calda e fredda all esterno, un balcone su cui poter fare colazione e una grande terrazza solarium molto fresca, da cui poter ammirare il bellissimo panorama. L' appartamento si trova appunto in una zona panoramica e ventilata e dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Ringraziamo Livio per la sua disponibilità e la sua cortesia

fantastico appartamento
Appartamento molto bello e assolutamente curato. Tutto nuovo e rifinito nei minimi dettagli. Completo di ogni comfort tra cui la filodiffusione in tutte le stanze che regala momenti di assoluto relax. Meravigliosa vista dalla terrazza attrezzata oltre che dalla caratteristica finestra nella zona cottura dalla quale in ogni momento si gode la vista del mare. La posizione è ottima con il lungomare raggiungibile a piedi. Comodità di parcheggio libero disponibile davanti all'ingresso di casa. Proprietari estremamente cortesi e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!!!!

"Assolutamente... una splendida finestra sul mare"!
Torre Vado è una splendida località balneare. Il nostro soggiorno è stato estremamente soddisfacente. La struttura si trova nel centro abitato, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona riservata. La meravigliosa spiaggia sabbiosa è raggiungibile anche a piedi in pochi minuti. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, pulitissimo e molto curato nell'arredamento: i colori del bianco e dell'azzurro contribuiscono a richiamare quelli del mare e della sabbia. La presenza di: wifi, zanzariere, aria condizionata, impianto stereo in filodiffusione, ha contribuito ad ampliare i confort del nostro soggiorno. E poi che dire della splendida terrazza attrezzata dalla quale ammirare un fantastico tramonto sul mare cristallino! Non possiamo, infine, non ringraziare Livio e Michele e le loro famiglie che sono stati accoglienti e pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità; sono stati ottimi consiglieri di spiagge e ristoranti e ci hanno permesso di trascorrere una splendida serata salentina.

Un'appartamento che corrisponde perfettamente all'annuncio. L'appartamento è stato al di là delle nostre aspettative. Arredato con molto gusto. C'è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Tutto è nuovo. La vista è mozzafiato. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e profumato. I letti sono anche molto comodi. Sono molto piacevoli i terrazzi con vista mare. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il climattizatore visto il caldo che ha fatto in questi giorni. Comodissimo anche la doccia all'esterno. Il proprietario Livio è stato veramente molto accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. UN GRANDE GRAZIE ANCHE PER I TARALUCCI RICEVUTI ALLA NOSTRA PARTENZA DA LIVIO. Bellissima vacanza
Appartamento nuovo, pulito e curato anche nei dettagli oserei dire perfetto per una vacanza al mare con la famiglia. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e presenti ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa dandoci ogni giorno preziosi consigli sui luoghi e sulle spiagge del Salento salentini assolutamente da non perdere. Lo consiglio decisamente.

absolut perfekte Wohnung
Eine 5*****Wohnung, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Die Moskitogitter sind perfekt und ein echter Mehrwert. Livio und seine Frau haben uns bei Anreise herzlich empfangen und waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und werden sicherlich nocheinmal wieder kommen. Un soggiorno esattamente cosi come lo avevamo sognato. La "finestra sul mare" ha soddisfatto in pieno tutte le nostre aspettative. Comoda, luminosa, arieggiata, tranquillità ed ottima esposizione, completa di tutti gli spazi necessari, il riposo garantito così come i numerosi comfort pensati con la cura e l attenzione di chi ha a cuore sopra ogni cosa rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile. Assolutamente rispondente alla descrizione/presentazione nel sito. Doccia calda esterna, sistema satellitare tv, filodiffusione in tutte le stanze con possibilità di esclusione ove si desideri, materassi di ottima qualità, climatizzazione, zanzariere, lavatrice.Arredo e stoviglie completi di tutto il necessario e nuovissimi, come la casa nella sua interezza. Meraviglioso terrazzo panoramico raggiungibile da una graziosa e comoda scala esterna. Cortile molto ampio ed attrezzato all entrata, balcone con vista mare, irrinunciabile per colazione e pasti. In una sola parola, incantevole! I proprietari semplicemente impagabili. Gentilezza, disponibilità e un incredibile accoglienza per i loro ospiti. Torneremo, è una promessa!
