Bed was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. Springs squek when you roll. Curtains were half hanging off. Area under stairs could do with a good clean.

Very basic as expected. Bed ok and rooms decent size. Heating in all 3 rooms didn't cope, even at highest setting, and bathrooms in particular were cold. One room only had one blanket with no spares. Two out of 3 rooms did not have milk provided for coffee or tea.

Larger than usual kitchen area with a kitchen sink and useful cupboard space and food preparation area. Ideal to reduce the cost of dining out and takeaway when travelling. A lot of trucks nearby in the mornings but the noise was not too bad.

Room was nice, bed was a little hard. Shower head wasn't secure enough to shower properly. Front door was also not very secure as you could still push it open while locked. Staff or cleaning lady was wonderful. She had great customer service.

Lovely clean, practical room. Only thing that was disappointing is that we didn’t realise the fridge was turned off until in the morning. All good if you want to turn it off but maybe a note when checking in to turn it on.

Motel was dated but clean good hot water but noisy during the night with traffic on the road outside. Hard to get a car park after 8.30 when we came back from dinner. Rooms need an update and maybe a carpet shampoo and bedside cabinets upgrading.
