Amazing location to see koalas. Staff are very friendly. We were initially a bit apprehensive about a shared bathroom but it was a short walk and the washrooms were very clean. Cabin is small, but it was well stocked and ideally laid out such that bedrooms are separated from the kitchen area.

Nice big unit and very walkable area

Arrived late at the hotel after a long day sightseeing on the Great Ocean Road. The hotel is situated one street back from the main highway which was good since in Australia everyone has single pane windows and road noise can be a problem it you are near a roadway. No one was at the office when we arrived but an envelope with the keys and contact information was left for us. We were able to park right beside the room and since the units we saw were at street level, it was easy to get our luggage...

Absolutely amazing accommodation: spacious, clean and well stocked for cooking a meal or making coffee. We were greeted by the owner on very short notice booking. Everything is designed with love and care. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The villa offers stunning views of the vistas. The property is conveniently located to all landmarks and within a great reach to explore the area. We would highly recommend the Anchor’s Villas and will certainly visit again.

Close enough to Port Campbell to walk into town, but far enough that it was quiet at night. We had a great stay for the 1 night we were there.

Beautiful rooms in a new-built establishment. Sparkling clean, as if you're the first person stepping in! Room has all you need, is clean and spacious, and bathroom is amazing. Owner was always available by phone. Had a great stay and highly recommend this place.

We inadvertently booked for the next night after a long driving day. We arrived at the motel to discover our booking was for the next night. We called the Motel and the person who answered was extremely helpful and was able to get us in that night. We had booked ocean view, but we were so lucky and appreciative that we were able to get a couple of rooms for the night. Would absolutely recommend this motel to anyone.
