Great place on the way

Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee facility in room though. Would stay here again. It had the charm and decor of a traditional Italian hotel.

The breakfast buffet was simple and basic—not extraordinary, but it offered enough variety to satisfy your morning needs and get your day started. While it may not be a standout feature of the hotel, it was adequate and convenient. The hotel served its purpose well, providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. We appreciated the hospitality and had a pleasant visit overall. Thank you to the SHG Hotel team for their service during our stay.
