The cleaning staff must have worked so hard, well done. Reception spoke excellent English and helped with any of our requests. The breakfast was superb as were the morning staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool was clean and not too crowded. The staff truly made the experience special—from the warm, helpful team at the front desk who made us feel so welcome, to the attentive and friendly restaurant staff at breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and this hotel has it in abundance. We’re already looking forward to coming back for sure.
