Nice breakfast buffet. Pool was clean and not too crowded. The cleaning staff must have worked so hard, well done. Reception spoke excellent English and helped with any of our requests. The breakfast was superb as were the morning staff. Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast filled us happily till beyond lunchtime. The staff truly made the experience special—from the warm, helpful team at the front desk who made us feel so welcome, to the attentive and friendly restaurant staff at breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and this hotel has it in abundance. We’re already looking forward to coming back for sure. The location is great and close to everything. It is easy to go and return to the entertainment cities. The level of service is very good, comparable to five-star hotels. All the hotel staff are highly qualified and experienced. The free bikes are fantastic and the food is delicious. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and the whole hotel is lovely and clean. It is convenient for the train station which is just around the corner.
