Let yourself be seduced by this beautiful duplex apartment of 70 m2 + balcony of 8 m2, 4 rooms, 6 people in a very nice Savoyard chalet of recent construction (stone and wood), ideally located in the center of the resort,   
 300 m from the slopes, close to shops, the leisure club of Galopins (daycare for children), and the pedestrian path connecting the center to Eucherts.  
  
We have chosen to limit the number of beds for your comfort.  
  
• 1st level:  
\- Double room 160x200 with shower room;  
\- Open kitchen equipped: dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, filter coffee and Nespresso, kettle, squeegee,....  
\- Bright living room with valley view, TV  
\- WC  
  
• 2nd level:  
\- Double room 140x200;  
\- Room with 2 twin beds;  
\- Bathroom (shower, bath, towel dryer and WC)  
  
• 1 garage space in the residence + private ski locker
