The hotel location is fantastic. You cannot beat that. Walkable area within steps from basilica and old Montreal. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean, comfortable , large space and remodeled apartment with modern, cool and tasteful decor. Beds were confortable. Great towels. Full kitchen although we didn’t use it. Overall we had a great time. Cons: a noisy building construction in front of the apartment during weekdays. Weird sewer smell coming from the bathroom’s pipes sometimes during the day (not sure if related with the construction). The bathroom sink was clogged and it took forever to drain, the closet light was burnt, the night table light didn’t work, the bedroom TV didn’t work either (the living room TV did work), there was no front desk and no housekeeping during our stay. Overall we loved our time there but we recommend a basic maintenance of the facilities to make sure they work properly.

Nice location and easy parking options near by. We didn’t like that there wasn’t easy communication during our stay so issues couldn’t be resolved; there wasn’t a roku remote for the tv so you couldn’t watch anything on it, the bed duvets were stained and didn’t have covers on them only sheets on either side and the rug n head boards also had stains.

Unfortunately the kitchen was not fully stocked. No oven mitts, no dish soap, no baking pan. There was no bottled water left for us like the listing stated and the tap water did not taste good at all. The fridge was broken and not cooling due to ice buildup and all of our groceries spoiled. Handprints all over mirrors and windows, very dusty furniture. Communication was great during our stay but afterward when I asked if there would be any compensation for our spoiled groceries I did not hear back from them. The building itself is very nice and easy access to the downtown core. Shops and bars all easily accessed. Elevator was handy to have and underground parking was close enough to walk to and from.

Very convenient location in the old quarter. Room was very spacious and well-equipped for 'living in' if so desired (range top, large refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc.). Quiet street, easy walk to a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and other attractions. Definitely would recommend to others.

The property is in a fabulous location. I believe they really tried hard to meet all needs, but just had a few minor misses, lots of body soap no shampoo, but not a deal breaker. The only major negative was noice of the guest above us for the first couple days. Literally running back and forth all hours of the day and night, and then it was quiet never heard another person.

The bathroom faucet is flopping around not fixed to the sink. There is a door missing in the kitchen which makes it look very rough. There was no coffee for the provided coffee machine that is usually included in all hotels. Had a strong smell of cleanser but didn't feel particularily clean. Not a great place. wouldn't stay here again and I come to Montreal often.

Center location next steps away from Nortre Dame and Old Montreal. Very clean and up to date condition. There is no front desk and messages sent to the hotel through expedia got no answers.

The property is charming, clean, esthetically pleasing with tall ceilings and in the best location in close proximity to top attractions and tourists destinations. Many decent coffee shops and dining options nearby. The owner communicated to us before check-in and check-out, asked for our feedback. The check-in and check-out, both, were very convenient and smooth. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Only good thing about the property was its location. Close to everything. But it just felt cold, like it was stripped to the bones, no warmth. Like they were afraid that something might get stolen so better not decorate it. But regardless it was clean.

Awesome apartment
The apartment was in an incredibly well located spot. Close to so many attractions, restaurants, cafes, subway, etc., It was really roomy, clean and very nice. Communication was fast and helpful. Wifi wasn't that great and they didn't have coffee, but really not things that would deter me from going again in a heartbeat. Loved it!

Location was excellent, half block to the Notre Dame Basilica, walking distance to old port, lots of good food, restaurants, shopping, & more. We booked the 3 bed classic loft with 3 queen beds, accommodates 6. Room looks great when you walk in, but you're hit with an unpleasant odor which lingers for about 10 mins, this happens every time you walk in the room. The room description states 3 queen beds, there is only 1 queen in the bedroom, the other 2 beds are Double beds with NO box spring or slats under the mattress, therefore the mattress sinks right down to the floor, making for a very uneven & uncomfortable sleep. We were 5 adults & specifically chose this room type for the 3 Queen beds, so quite disappointed. Room description is for 6 people. Unfortunately the dishes, cups & glasses did not offer settings for even 5 of us - 3 large plates, 4 bowls, 2 wine glasses, smaller plates. We initially thought the building was secure, as you must enter a security code to open 1st door, then your key fob for the 2nd door before using the elevators or stairs. After the 1st day, we realized neither were necessary as neither of the doors were locked. Anyone could enter the building, was not secure at all. (There were a number of homeless people right outside the doors). We opened one window but could not close it as it was broken. Only way to close it was to go out through the other window, onto the fire escape & close from the outside. Free bottled water was not provided.

LOVED how close to the Norte-dame basilica this hotel is- 1/2 block! Tons of tasty bakeries/coffee shops near. Walking distance to science center and other attractions. Multiple parking options within 5min walk

Très bel endroit, bien rénové. Seulement il y a eu dégât d’eau avant notre arrivée et ce n’était pas réparé(moulure gonflé et plancher de bois endommagé). Sinon c’était super!

Restant de dégât d’eau majeur ayant causé des dommages importants non pris en charge. Présence de moisissure un peu partout. Nous avions 2 suites pour 3 nuits et avons du nous reloger ailleurs. Ça devrait être illégal de louer des suites aussi mal entretenues. C’est un risque pour la santé des clients! Fuyez à tout prix cet établissement!
