This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips. It's located on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of Montréal's Plateau neighborhood. You're a two-minute walk to Mont-Royal Avenue, a bustling pedestrian street in the summer. It's a four-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, making this the perfect place to stay to explore Montréal.

With three Queen-size bedrooms, a small kids bedroom, two full bathrooms and a powder room, you will have enough space for your group of friends or family.

The house is located in the heart of Montréal's Plateau neighborhood, known for its unique character. The ground floor is made up of an expansive living area, a large dining table (seating 8) and kitchen for all your needs. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

You will have access to all the house from the main entry using a keypad.

Adjacent to downtown Montreal, the Plateau is the heart of the city. Its tree-lined streets make the area a very livable place while being close to all that the city has to offer.

The house is a four-minute walk to Mont-Royal metro station and three-minute walk to the Laurier metro station.
