The property met my expectations being in Downtown Montreal, the room was clean and enough supplies. What I did not expect & discouraged me is the type of parking space, we have to drive to the underground parking of another building and it was scary narrow down & stiff, it's good we have a regular size car & we only have few bags to carry.

Neither of us speak good or great French we learned some small new phrases and got basic basic skills. All dining/drink options around are plentiful Walking, metro train, available if your great at navigation if not staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful enough to ask if needed. 30 mins walk from bell centre or less if your quick. Also Montreal was a great city to visit.
