Our room looked out at a metal wall, and no housekeeping in between our two night stay. We had to request more towels, and for our bed sheets to be changed, the floor was dusty & they only gave one roll of toilet paper. We had to request more towels and bed sheets & when we got them one was stained. Because they “were full” we couldn’t change rooms and wouldn’t give a discount. It was $473 for a two night stay, won’t be staying again.

We deeply regret that your room was not cleaned between the two nights of your stay and that you had to request extra towels and sheets. It is unacceptable that one of these sheets was stained and that you found the floor dusty.Your feedback is essential for us to improve the quality of our services. We have already taken steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. We also understand your frustration at the lack of a discount despite the inconvenience and the fact that we were unable to offer you an alternative room due to our high occupancy rate.We hope you will give us another chance to offer you an experience more in line with your expectations the next time you visit the region.

Poor hospitality and the Sens has poor service. I only stayed here for it’s proximity to certain locations.

Pour le prix, j’ai vu beaucoup mieux
Nous avons loué une chambre avec bain tourbillon pour mon anniversaire. Pour le prix de la chambre, (260$/nuit) je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit en bon état… mais un morceau du porte savon dans la douche était brisé, le couvercle de toilette avait des dommages, les meubles étaient en mauvais état et le bain tourbillon nous a réveillé au 15-20 min pendant 1h étant donné qu’il faisait “son séchage” . Nous avons appeler le réceptionniste pour savoir comment l’arrêter puisqu’on voulait dormir, mais c’était impossible. En gros, assez déçue de notre visite à cet hôtel
