"We had included breakfast in our package, which was 2 fried eggs in salsa, fresh fruits and a drink. Hotel 8 minutes walking to beach Chahue which is not swimmable and 10 minutes to Santa Cruz which is good for swimming takes 10-15 to walk downtown or taxi ride for 50 pesos"

"We traveled to Huatulco on a family vacation and stayed at Las Brisas for 7 days. Overall the resort if great. The room is spacious and clean. The beds are too soft for my liking but I was able to get enough bedding from house keeping to make myself a bed on the floor. The resort has tons of activities, from tennis to basketball. My favorite is the gym, which as pretty much anything one would like in a typical gym. The ocean is great. We spent some time swimming in the ocean everyday. They have a coral reef right on the property. It is imprtant to bring reef friendly sunscreen. The food is good. Clean, and mostly tasty. The resort is family friendly and doesn’t cater to a partying crowd. It’s huge so they have carts to get people around. For those who enjoy are nice walk, there are lots of nice path and stairs to get around the resort. The only thing to improve would be for the hotel to have more say in terms of how loud a private event rental could be. There was a wedding that went on, and the music was so loud we could hear from our room causing it difficult to sleep. But the hotel staff said that they can’t do anything about it because it’s a private event. Finally, brush up on Spanish for easier time there. "

"For all the different meals and restaurants we went to something was always missing. They were always out of bacon, guacamole, French fries, French toast, etc. the pool would close at 8pm daily but the swim up bar closed at 6pm. Pool towels were only available from 7-5pm but pool closed at 8pm, which doesn’t make sense. No was willing to help, find a solution or even attempt to get anyone else to help. "

"The room was very neat and clean but we had ants very tiny ones. They were for some reason on bed. My husband is somewhat allergic to them so he had some bites on his legs. Staff was great. View was awesome. Air conditioning was not so good. We were hot at night. We could also use a small fridge also. Pool was beautiful. "

"Nice property but everything needs fixing. The pool was dirty and the water was very cloudy half the days we were there, problem was eventually fixed. Beach chairs are in rough shape. Constantly had to request towels from house keeping so we could shower. Room service never delivered what we ordered correctly, often without cutlery. Restaurant service was slow, the à la carte food was very good. The best staff service was on the beach! The beach is beautiful, just a small area however to walk the beach. This is a beautiful property just needs some attention."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for 10 days. The Vacation company were amazing from the initial booking to great customer care throughout the stay. The property is in a gated community about 23 mins from the airport. There was shuttle both ways. During the stay there was a cleaner and pool and garden staff. All did a great job. The 4 King rooms were huge and with good AC and the small garden room was also AC and suited its purpose. There are 4 Bedrooms in the main house and a Suite down a declining path which would suit a more stable footing individual. There are ample rooms with the main Kitchen on the upper floor which does have its challenges with ants. Beware of storing unsealed food in the pantry. It would be beneficial for the host to provide sealed containers for this purpose or you can get then form the local supermarkets cheaply. This house is house and has great facilities including bars, large dining seating area with AC and a theater room also with AC. There are many many lights with dimmers and also fans. You will have to figure out what does what and also many of the bulbs are not working. We did have a couple of things not working which included a toaster and hairdryer. One call to guest services and new ones were provided the next day. Great Customer service. The water system cannot keep up with to many people showing and using hot water all at once, so once you figure that out, just stagger the times. The pool is a great size and well looked after by the pool guy except Sunday which also includes the cleaner. Amazing views of the ocean and bay. You are close by to the all inclusive resorts in the bay, so you can hear some music at night but not too late. Would we come and stay here again, for sure we would and highly recommend it to anyone and especially using the this Vacation company."
