It boasts a private fenced garden with lawn, a pedestrian gate, and a covered veranda (30 m2), furnished with decking, lounge area and dining table for 8-10 people, ideal for alfresco meals.
The apartment also has its own fenced and guarded outdoor parking space (for 1 car) which is accessed through an automatic gate while other cars can easily find free parking outside, along the street.

Internal Description

Sweet Home Suite is spread over one single level (the ground floor) of a building and can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed on request.

Furnished in a modern style, the apartment consists of a lovely kitchen with direct access to the private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and dining table for 4 people.
Following is a spacious living room, finely furnished with two sofas, tv, and a wooden sideboard.
The sleeping area consists of 2 elegant double bedrooms with tv, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shoe rack. Lastly there is a bathroom with large shower (with hydromassage column) and two sinks.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
