"We were trying out Spain as a possible future retirement destination and happened upon Xàtiva and Enrique's apartment in our search for a mid-size city to stay a couple months. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. The apartment is large, clean, and perfectly located close to everything you could want. "Dont be put off by the entrance hallway and stairs, this apartment has been very nicely renovated. It is a huge apartment for a town centre location, with lots of space. Apartment was well equipped and has a nice terrace with a view of the castle, which is lit at night. Hot water cylinder has limited capacity which can be easily resolved by allowing sufficient time between uses. Front entrance door is tricky to locate and it is not clear which bell to press. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
