Plan your lake escape to this contemporary lakeside villa. This modern luxury getaway is located directly on Lake Conroe! Whether you're here for boating, fishing or lounging poolside, this is the perfect spot. This luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 3 master suites, as well as two bunk rooms equipped to sleep up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy the gorgeous deck, extended balcony, fire pit, and numerous spots for lounging with your friends! This luxurious lakeside villa is the perfect getaway spot. Beautiful views of Lake Conroe can be seen from the main living area and three master suites. Enjoy panoramic lake views whether in the living room, kitchen, in the main bedrooms, on the extended balcony or poolside on the large sun deck. The home is furnished with luxury contemporary decor, with each room, with its own relaxing, and calming ambience. The main kitchen has high end appliances, complete with coffee bar and perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The open concept living room is complete with modern and comfortable furnishings , a wood burning fireplace, with plenty of room for entertainment. There are 4 HD TVS, High speed internet (500 mbps!) , game room with a billiards table/ping pong table, pool, sundeck, fire pit, and private boat dock. The main entertaining area as plenty of seating with beautiful views, opening into a large kitchen. Its fully stocked with the appliances and dinnerware you will need for your family and friends. All master suites have access to their own bathroom. All bathrooms have beautiful light colored travertine and luxurious towels. The first master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed with luxurious linens, hardwood flooring and has a beautiful view of Lake Conroe's sunset. The master bath has a jacuzzi soaking tub. The bath is all travertine with a double vanity and walk in closet. The second master suite located on the second floor has a king bed, lux linens and furnishings with beautiful panoramic views and access to an extended balcony. It has its own adjacent bathroom. The third master suite is complete with a Queen bed, contemporary furnishings and linen, with three large windows with a gorgeous view of the lake. It has an adjacent jack and jill bathroom. There are two bunk rooms, the first with a full over full bed and twin trundle, sturdy for children or adults(250lb weight limit full bunks and 200lb weight limit for the trundle) and the second bunk room, perfect for children with two triple bunk beds (165lb/ twin bed). Plenty of fish to be caught off of the dock, host are happy to give you pointers. Seasonal pool heating to 88 degrees available on request at the price of 50.00/day. We also have stunning poolside deck with outdoor kitchen, and hot tub. There is also a fire pit, perfect for cool nights and smores. Outside the villa, there are many things to do in Walden on Lake Conroe with so many amenities available for your enjoyment. Enjoy swimming at Walden's Yacht Club swimming pool with additional kiddie pool and cabana, located on the lakefront with a stunning view of the lake. Enjoy a special dinner at the Yacht Club dining room, a friendly game of tennis at one of the many courts, a few are even covered. There is also plenty of shopping, antiquing, fine and casual dining nearby. Margaritaville resort, is down the street and Splashtown Waterpark is just 30 minutes away and The Woodlands Marketstreet and Mall are just 20 minutes away. We do not allow weddings, receptions, or any other events. No music (outdoor) during quiet hours (10pm - 8am ) No screaming, cursing, loud talking, disruptive noise of any kind during quiet hours (10pm-8am). We do have exterior camera monitoring and indoor decibel sensors. Disturbance of neighbors and noise violations during quiet hours are not tolerated. Six cars per stay. The property can accommodate 2 average sized vehicles in the garage and 4 averaged sized vehicles in the driveway. Overnight street parking is not permitted. This is the guests responsibility to plan accordingly. Each of the above policies are strictly enforced by Airbnb. Violations of these policies can result in guests and hosts being delisted from the Airbnb platform. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a fee of $50 per night, per person. Airbnb will require us to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests, even if the guest above number 16 are just stoping by. There are entry and exterior cameras to ensure you are compliant with this policy. This policy is an Airbnb policy who mandates host enforce said policy or be removed from the platform. Airbnb will also remove you as a guest from their platform if you violate this policy. We are unable to negotiate on this. If you are bringing a boat & trailer - please let us know so I can issue a parking sticker for the trailer at the boat dock. Pool heating is seasonal at the price of $50.00/day. Please give us advanced notice if you wish for pool heating by the time of check in. Because our property is on the lake and has a pool, you use and assume your own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of their families and invitees. There is no onsite staff or lifeguard. The owners/host are not responsible for any injuries to guests. There are inherent dangers in the surrounding area, including but not limited to snakes, spiders, mosquitos, undercurrents, bacteria or debris in the lake, risk of drowning, sudden storms, flash flooding, lightening. We cannot control the weather or water conditions, and we make no guarantees that the lake or the pool will be safe for swimming and recreation. No diving in the lake and the water is shallow with rocks along the bulk head. Access the lake using the ladder entry. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and everyone caught fish off the dock. Inside is a great layout that encourages family interaction with plenty of seating and dishes for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking all weekend. However, there are plenty of great places to eat near by if we had not wanted to cook. The beds were all comfortable and we loved waking up to morning views of the lake with a nice cup of coffee on one of the many sitting areas outside. I can’t say enough about our host, Richard, and the home itself. Richard was extremely responsive, welcoming and had kind and excellent communication. I felt very welcomed in his home. The instructions for the property were well documented. I felt confident in being able to use the grill, fire pit, reverse osmosis dispenser, etc. The house itself is incredibly well appointed. We had everything we needed - including a plethora of very nice pots and pans. The kitchen was well stocked with casserole dishes, cookie sheets and all sizes of mixing bowls as well. Nice touches include fluffy towels, soft throw blankets on the couch, supplied shampoo and conditioner and a thoughtful welcome gift from the host. (Thank you, Richard!) Having the deck overlook both a good sized pool and lake access were nice bonuses. We enjoyed watching a rainstorm through the large windows of the common ateas and sitting on the deck to eat dinner on a cool evening. We would 100% book this home again. The weather did not cooperate so we didn't get to use the pool and spa. It's a lovely location on the lake. Ski and boat slips were available. The owner was easy to work with and communicated frequently in the app. The neighbor was a little loud early in the morning but hopefully that is just while he is working on his dock. Would love to come back when the weather is better so we can explore the lake. ##### James M. The views were breathtaking, the pool was perfect, and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus. The location is great for whatever you what to do. We came down for the THSBA state championship. The fishing was great and the boat dock and lift came in clutch for this 2 day tournament. Richard was an exceptional host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this beautiful property for a fantastic stay! ##### Shaun G. The accomidations worked out great and the outdoor area was very inviting. The host Richard was spot on in answering questions and suggestions. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay & loved the lakeview & beautiful sunrises. The lovely home was large enough to comfortably handle our group (6 adults 4 children). We were greeted with a nice welcome basket & the home is stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Outside activities were plenty with a nice sized pool & hot tub. The boat lift worked great to accommodate our boat & the fishing around the dock was really good. The host provided detailed information on area activities & how to manage home appliances. All questions we asked were answered promptly which is important to us. Hope this home will be available when we schedule our future family vacation. ##### Terry J. We brought our boat so it was great to use the boat slip. The boat launch was right around the corner from the house. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We had extended family visiting together and we had plenty of room for 12 people. The host was incredibly helpful with all my questions ahead of time and with the us having our boat there.
