Enjoy life lakeside from this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the peaceful waters in the Safe Harbor Walden Marina cove at Lake Conroe. Sit back and relax with a scenic view from your balcony after a day on the lake. Tie up your boat or jet ski just outside your door at the bulkhead, cast a line to see what's biting at sunset, or watch the many fine-feathered residents as they take a last minute dip before nestling down for the evening. You'll find all you need in this fully-furnished space! This 2nd floor condo overlooks the backside of Safe Harbor Walden Marina in a small, quiet complex that sits on the cove. There is no elevator, but the steps make for an easy climb. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable sleeping for 8\. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a water view from a wall of windows. The second bedroom offers two twin over full bunk beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the den with a memory foam mattress. The couch is flanked by Lazy Boy recliners on each side for plenty of seating. The remodeled kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size fridge, oven range, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. Don't forget your morning Java! You will also find a Keurig with a sampling of k-cups. Bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. There are TVs in the bedrooms and check out the size of the one in the den! All are smart TVs with built-in apps and of course the high speed, 1 gig, wireless internet is free. Last but not least, warm-up on cold nights to the cozy wood-burning fire place! An onsite pool is available in the complex, unless you'd prefer to go jump in the lake! Swimming in the cove is allowed, but swim at your own risk, as the locals have spotted alligators on rare occasions. Walden's 536-slip marina is located in one of the largest private inland harbors in the Southwest. It is a full-service public marina that has earned Clean Texas marina honors year after year. A long commitment to keeping Lake Conroe clean, the marina provides access to Lake Conroe for fishing, watersports and boating. Safe Harbor Walden Marina, which is located in southeastern Texas just 60 miles north of Houston, offers year-round boat slips and everything you need to make your day on the lake fun. Sitting at the helm of the marina is Einstein's Ship Store just a couple minutes walk away. Guests are provided with keys to the gated access shoreline and marina shop. Einstein's offers boat rentals, boating needs, and convenience store items. Guests will also be provided with a keycard to access the Walden area amenities. I took my ski/fishing boat and I older parents and their friends. Plenty of beds. Rooms/bathrooms were clean. Location was quiet. The view of the lake was breathtaking. I enjoyed being able to see the lake and my boat in the lake from the living room. Because the condo is located in the marina, the water was still and smooth as glass. Docking my boat was a breeze, and I did not have to worry about my boat being pushed into the dock by waves and getting damaged at any time. Docking cleats were sturdy. Overall, a great place for a relaxing mini-vacation with great views of the lake. I will book again in the future. ##### Thanh C. We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved it! The backyard area for fishing in the cove and around the marina was fabulous. We launched our 3 kayaks and paddledboard by dropping them into the water. NOTE: the water level is quite low, so a ladder is desirable. I'm hoping the hosts will install one. The teenage boys had no trouble climbing in and out from the ledge, but I needed to use the marina docks. We fished all weekend from the kayaks and the docks. We did not enter the Lake due to choppy water and power boats but there is plenty of cove and marina water to enjoy! The condo itself is lovely. The double bunk bed room is quite small but they teens hung out in the LR. One bonus amenity that we totally enjoyed was access to the Walden Yacht Club. The unit is on the second floor first condo. It provides a beautiful view of the lake with a boat anchor included. The unit also comes with a community fitness center and swimming pool. The master bedroom and living room has a beautiful lake views. They provide many streamline apps to watch whatever you want on the tv. TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. Laurel and John were very accommodating. Even surprised me with a cleaning of the unit during the middle of my stay. I’ll definitely keep them in mind if I rent in the Lake Conroe area again. ##### Curtis Z. The property is right on the water and the kids were able to play sports, fish & jump right in to swim whenever they wanted.
