"Arrived to be told that our room was canceled. Hotels.com was not made aware either. We got there at 9:30pm. The lady at the desk was overly rude and offered absolutely no explanation whatsoever. When I was able to get an agent for Hotels.com (45 minutes of holding) they contacted the property and was advised that they canceled the booking due to overbooking. We had to search for another room which ended up being 25 minutes away. "

The told me the rooms equals to a king handicap room.Was given a double bed room because apparently there were no suites available.The last day I was there the house keeper invaded our room twice at 8am and 10am l. When we were leaving asked her name and the name she gave me the front desk lady said she didn’t know her…said she would have the manager call me to accommodate my experience but never received a call. 14 dollars a day for parking.
