There are deer all over the property that come right to the houses. We watched them from the balcony. This is a perfect size for a couple with children and there is an extra sleeping space on the pull out couch. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids or adults who are able to climb the small twisted stairs. Not recommended for anyone with issues climbing stairs. Kitchen has a good supply of gadgets, serving ware, etc. We weren't looking for anything extra, it had anything we needed. The only snafu we personally had was no power when we arrived, which later found was due to the breaker main being switched off. The upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned, there was hair, grime, and dead bugs in the bathtub. There was only one single bath towel and one single hand towel in the entire condo. I had to purchase towels from the local Walmart so my family could shower. (The owner has offered to reimburse me but I declined. I did leave the towels there in case they get another renter).
