« When we arrived, there was another group in residence at the facility. I called the number listed in my reservation, and the lady told me that she didn't have us on her calendar, that Expedia had never contacted her. She added that she had other properties that would satisfy the 10 people who had driven from Austin and were sitting in cars the rain. The house that she gave us did have enough beds and a kitchen, but the carpet was filthy, and the house smelled badly, probably as a result of the...
