"J'ai réservé plusieurs chambres pour un groupe, ils ont tous été déçus. Ils sont arrivés tardivement, ils ont été logés dans les chambres situées côté rocade. Elles sont extrêmement bruyantes, des poids-lourds circulent toute la nuit. Impossible de changer, l'hôtel étant complet. L'une des chambres avaient des remontées d'égouts. Bref, tous déçus. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience pour nos équipes."

"Le personnel était très serviable et la chambre très bien. Seul bémol : l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale et j'entendais pas mal mes autres voisins qui heureusement, n'ont pas été très bruyants. Il y a dans l'hôtel quelques chambres qui ont des positions bizarres et ne sont pas totalement accessibles en ascenseur (chambre 29, 39 notamment). On a eu du mal à trouver cette chambre au début car elle était dans un autre bâtiment et il fallait soit monter au 5ème pour redescendre à pied au 3ème, soit monter traverser la salle de petit déjeuner au 1er et monter à pied 2 étages dans un petit escalier. L'autre chambre était normalement accessible."

"Je connaissais l’établissement avant un peu déçu lors de ma dernière visite, je suis resté deux nuits entre les deux nuits le ménage n’a pas été fait, le lit était resté tel qu’elle et la serviette mouillée était restée parterre. Le petit déjeuner du matin était très moyen. Et en plus j’ai dû attendre longtemps pour avoir des œufs brouillés mais qui étaient beaucoup trop cuit. Le personnel est plutôt agréable mais pas non plus au top par rapport à d’autres établissements. J’avoue que j’ai été déçu et j’ai discuté avec un collègue et il m’a dit la même chose et notamment sa douche et le robinet qui fuyait."
