It is located on a hill on the Etruscan coast, away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of the Tuscan hills. Modern comfort and tasteful furnishings give the holidaymaker a homely atmosphere for up to 6 people. The house belongs to the municipality of Montescudaio and is located in a quiet residential area, from here you can quickly and easily walk to the center of the village. Villa Laura is ideal for those who want a perfect "Tuscan style" on holiday, here you will find in each corner of the elegant rooms typical and original details. Villa Laura is spread over two floors with a total of around 200 sqm. The villa is reached via an external paved courtyard with a fancy fountain. On the ground floor, next to a study, there is an open-plan dining room, which merges into a large living room. From here you have access to a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge and you also come directly through a glass door to a covered furnished terrace overlooking the garden with olive trees. It also includes a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Also air conditioned, which for most Americans (like us) is not a luxury but a must, though it didn't work in one bedroom and the study, which just meant one of us slept downstairs. Pool was nice. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Ich bin nicht geübt darin Bewertungen zu schreiben, aber bei solch einem tollen Urlaub muss ich das einfach tun. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Wir konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen und bekamen immer eine Antwort. Die Villa und der Garten mit Pool sind einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Ich würde sogar behaupten, dass die gezeigten Bilder nur ansatzweise die Schönheit dessen vor Ort wiedergeben können. Auch unsere beiden Kinder (6\. und 11 Jahre) hatten jeder Menge Spaß. Alles steht genau am richtigen Platz und es ist nicht zu viel, das Haus besitzt sehr viel Ästhetik und es macht einfach Freude ich dort aufzuhalten und einfach zu sein. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist das schwache WLan (am Pool besser). Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört. Der Pool ist relativ klein und nur zum Abkühlen gedacht. Super ist hier die Whirlpool-Funktion. Montescudaio ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und ist ein wundervoller Ort. An der Bar Lupo ist immer was los und man fühlt sich schnell als Gast sehr willkommen. Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es im Ort alles zu kaufen. Größere Besorgungen sind in Cecina kein Problem. The Only thing was that we could not use the fireplace.It was very important for us to have a fireplace and we booked the house because it has such a nice one.so IF you can give us a compesition for that we should be grateful. I give it a 4 rating because it needs AC in the bedrooms Great house. Gorgeous setting and close to Montescudaio. But it needs AC in the bedrooms because they get very hot. ##### Greg S.
