En verano la temperatura de las habitaciones es buena ya que por el tamaño de las recámaras se mantienen frescas. Mejoraría un poco la limpieza del comedor y variar un poco el menú del desayuno. Si te quedas una semana repites lo mismo todos los días. En general me gustó mucho el hotel comparado con otros en los que me he quedado.

Facil acceso, se puede caminar por las noches sin sentirse inseguro, muchas opciones dónde comer, habitaciones pequeñas pero muy limpias, se descansa rico. Lo recomiendo.

I got to the hotel and the sheets were stained with blood and yellow stuff on the covers. The bathroom was very small and the door was inconvenient to open in the bathroom. The tv didnt really work and was lagging. No directions on how to call front desk. The walls are paper thing and can hear the conversation from next door. DO NOT STAY HERE. Advertising is mislead and the hotel is like a dorm because it has a lot of college students in there. Motel 6 is even higher quality than this hotel

The lobby is located on the third floor in the middle of a shopping plaza. That makes it difficult for older costumer to carry the luggage in and out of the hotel.

It's a very basic hotel, the rooms are small and not very clean. It's ok for one night maybe two, but not for a long stay.

You get what you pay for. Good value for money. Very close to TEC de Monterrey. Breakfast was good. Staff very attentive and willing to resolve any situation. The rooms are small.

I drank from a full bottle of clear soap that was left in a water bottle. It was late, I was tired, and I didn’t realize the bottle wasn’t sealed. Fortunately, I did not ingest the liquid. The staff only apologized. The AC stopped working at 3AM. They offered me another room (with an AC that was not cooling). They couldn’t change me again because the hotel was full.

Great location and helpful staff. Room temperature was impossible to regulate and was freezing. There was no extra blankets. There were no washcloths provided. Soaps are minimal , water pressure was very weak and water temperature was tepid at best. Breakfast was nice.

Nice hotel. The staff are all great. I stayed for a week and the front fest and cleaning lady on the 6th floor made me feel at home. I would defiantly stay again. One thing to note, there’s a few bars around with a little noise, and you can hear the ac units on the 6th floor. But that didn’t bother me too much. Overall, nice clean affordable hotel

Great location with easy parking, close to several restaurants and bars. 2 main complaints, first the maid service was poor, rom a little dirty, sheets need to be replaced, maid forgot to provide water bottles and fresh towels. 2nd the breakfast was late both days, coffee cold the first day machine was broken on the 2nd day, eggs were also extra late but once it all got there it was OK.

The hotel is located in the middle of of numerous restaurants and night spots all within easy walking distance and is in a very safe part of town. Parking is more than adequate and you can walk to the hotel under cover in case of rain. Not a single complaint about the physical building or location well planned!

The building is new and very clean. In a busy retail complex with restaurants bars and shopping near by. The parking is adequate and as a guest of the hotel you get a parking pass so you do not have to pay to leave every time, just make sure you use the same card they give you when entering and exiting. You must use your room key to activate the elevates an excellent safety measure. The breakfast bar is included, food is fresh and offers a decent variety. Only 2 complaints, first they offer coffee 24 hours a day but never seem to place coffee cups or creamer so you have to go to the desk and request. 2nd is the room air conditioner is a real pain to operate but once you get it figured out it works fine. Overall an excellent value in a great area.

clean hotel in good location
This seems to be a new large hotel with a nice, spacious lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. You can use the underground plaza parking for about 3USD per week. (Hotel is on top of the plaza) which gives you a few dining options. The only problem here was that even the receptionist couldn't communicate in English but you can make it work with sign language/Google translate. Overall this is a nice hotel and I recommend it.

The staff was great and always very welcoming. I was very happy with the area as it had everything I needed at a walking distance and if made my week stay a lot easier. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were staying in the city again.
