Restaurant was well below average in terms of cleanliness and food quality. Room was also substandard. Staff was generally nice but overall will not stay here again … should have stayed at a Marriott property

All i can say is old, old, old!!! Shower curtains and bed sheets are all torn!! Room is super small!! Shower was dirty!! Restroom door dirty!

Liked that it was by shopping center the only thing was the beds were to hard and not comfortable had a hard time trying to fall asleep

Sneaky security guard
Security knocked on my door several times to tell me to turn down my tv that was not playing loud and I’m pretty sure he even entered the room twice while I was sleeping. It was not a comfortable stay and I was very on edge the entire time I was there! I would not recommend to friend or stay there again that’s for sure

We are sorry you didn't feel comfortable during your stay with us. The security guards in our facility can't enter any rooms, they don't have the keys and each door has a security system. If you would like us to check our security tapes we can gladly do so, we would need the dates you were here and the name under which the reservation was done.

Excellent parking, safe and enclosed for our car. Breakfast was very basic: coffee, fruit and they wanted to charge more for bread, eggs and was not even good looking

Hotel very nice an clean only thing was my breakfast voucher was only good for fruit meal only not a hot breakfast which cost me an extra 170 pesos other than that it was good The location was a little scare with a lot of abandoned buildings DON’T GO OUT AT NIGHT

Spend $15 more to stay in a decent place
Paid 55 USD for a double room. Grumpy old men in the reception. The "business center" printer had no toner. I asked for help, they didn't even try. Room carpet was stained, the beds only had thin sheets, no blanket, no comforter. The door didn't have a safety chain / lock in the inside. There was a used disposable razor hanging grim the top of the sink mirror when we arrived.

The check in was confusing.
At the check in they did not have our rooms allocated (it was later than 4pm), so it took them a long while to figure everything out, they were inflexible with our requests, the rooms that were allocated for 3 guests only had 2 towels, etc. The hotel is quite nice, rooms are a bit old, but the beds are comfortable and it's well cleaned and maintained. The wifi works throughout the hotel, however you'll need to log back in every hour or so, which is a lot of hassle. The breakfast included is only continental, but I definitely recommend the "huevos rancheros con tocinho"!!!

Downtown location, affordable.
The top floor's rooms have nice general view of the downtown area. Hotel parking lot is limited and fills up quick. If arriving late it is necessary to make arrangements with staff. The hotel stay was comfortable and the staff attention made up for the aging materials on the rooms.
