The location is central to Monterrey & on main blvd, pretty straight forward as noted on the map of city. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The wifi was not the best. I could not stay connected on video calls for work - very frustrating. The hotel food service was a bit over priced in my opinion. I did find a few options within walking distance. A 5 mins walk down the blvd and I found a large outdoor fruit stand that made smooothies, a Starbucks & VIPs another block down. Opposite direction, right around the corner, a cafe Madcoffee & big work out gym & pharmacy. I would stay here again but not for a work related needs. Wifi was only downer.

The staff was rude and we weren’t able to stay there because we had to arrive by 6pm. I do not understand what the point of making a reservation is if our room would be given to another person. I had until November 14th to cancel and if I didn’t cancel it, it was for a reason. I did not receive an email or a call saying that my reservation would be cancelled. Very unsatisfied.
