Beds were terrible. My towels had clumps of black hair on them. Lotion and shampoos left in room were used not new ones. Will not go back"

"All things considered I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that could have been better was 24 hour front desk help. I arrived at around Midnight and had to get help from nighttime security, which I had to call for assistance. Also had to check out at 3:00 AM and was told someone would be there to assist in checking out. Nobody was there and had to just leave my card key at the desk."
