It is a century old home, and it shows!, but it has been upgraded sufficiently to make a stay there comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the solitude, the view from the front yard, the many amenities, the hiking trail (challenging!), and the peek at what life must have been like in the early 20th century. First, the house slopes up in the first half and down in the second. The stove is in one small room, the sink in another and the refrigerator in another. No problem for us.
