Riverside Hideaway is a guest cottage located downstairs from the main house on the property. There is a private entrance, private covered porch w/gas BBQ overlooking the river and sunny partially fenced yard. River access is by stairs to dock. TOT #725N The living room features a free standing gas fireplace, wood floors, full size sofa bed and entertainment center with cable TV. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds (queen size) (including extra down comforters) and TV in master bedroom. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style with stall shower. Kitchen has been remodeled and has newer maple cabinets, granite countertops, refrigerator, gas range and microwave. More photos available upon request. Kayaks can be available upon request. This home is within walking distance to downtown Monte Rio, grocery store, public beach, boat rentals, movie theater, tennis courts and restaurants. Northwood Golf Course is apx. one mile away. The Pacific Coast (Jenner) is within a 15 minute drive. Guerneville is 5 miles east. We are located within a short driving distance to many Sonoma County wineries. The kitchen and two bedrooms were spacious and that's all we really needed when spending so much time outdoors. The deck, patio, and the dock were beautiful because of the spectacular river view. We got to enjoy the warm August weather on the kayaks and the canoe. It was also so cool that the beach was so close by. We couldnt have asked for a better stay! We kayaked, went t the two nearby beaches, and drive the short distance to Jenner and Bodega Bay. What an awesome location! ##### Amy C. Beautiful patio views while BBQing and enjoying the home. It had everything needed in the kitchen and lots of space to sit and eat. The yard below and the dock were nice touches. It was a hot weekend and we enjoyed the swimming in the river and the use of the Kayaks, etc. Kim is an excellent host. She was always available and had the place very clean and ready to stay. We didnt want to leave!
