Great property, good location. Very big bedroom and living room. Recommend it!

I thought Sheraton was a thing, but it's not. Room was ok. Couple of towels were forgotten from previous customer over bathtub curtain. Pool was closed, only knew about it after reservation. I ordered breakfast without bacon. It took forever, then came with bacon. I told the guy I had to go for a meeting and don't have time to make another one, only 3 minutes. He left me talking and rushed to the kitchen to make another one within the time !!! I left. The two people working at the restaurant for breakfast make it like a fishmaret, talking to clients from distance, yelling to each other and making it very noisy. Internet kept disconnecting first night and I had to use my phone data. The benefit, it was close to my work!

Room was perfect except for the bathtub/shower - we're both in our 80's & there were no support railings, etc. for safely getting in & out of the beautiful enormous tub & overhead shower. Our breakfast waitress Paige was was excellent. So was the best hotel breakfast we'd had in years. Our charming doorman originally from Northern Turkey. All staff exceptionally friendly & helpful.

The hotel is very nice and the suite we stayed in 312 was exceptionally well designed for such a compact space - it had it all, full kitchen, living room with desk and sofa bed and large wall-mounted TV, king size bed with walk-through closet to bathroom, two openings making it accessible from even hallway, and even a small balcony to boot. Great value! The only thing that would make it even better perhaps is a bottle of water by the side of bed. That’s it! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality 👍

Excellent facility, we stayed at the echo lodge. Beautiful room, very spacious, comfortable bed. Surrounded by nature, this hotel felt more like a cottage. Loved the sound of the waterfall
