We did not use pool or laundry facility.
Might I suggest that you need to accommodate people with asthma and allergies. The use of your soaps and lotions is inappropriate. We went out and bought our own. The hallways and elevators also had scented cleaner in them.
The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful!!!!

get your bathing suit and slippers, allow at least 4-5 hours to spend there. Walk in is available. Parking is free. If you are not ready to pay for the food, bring some snacks.
