"I should have trusted my instincts. The exterior was immediately off-putting — peeling paint, moss on the siding, an abandoned truck in the yard, and a “For Sale” sign. "The unit is attached to several other units, which wasn’t entirely clear to us from the listing photos. This meant we had neighbours on the other side of a connecting wall, although fortunately, it was not noisy at all during our stay. The view and the overall installations were beautiful, and the unit was very comfortable. However, about ten minutes after checking in, a man knocked on our door and explained that he was running late on his rounds and that the unit had not yet been cleaned — including the bed. We had already unloaded all of our luggage, so we had to let him in to clean while we waited outside for about 20 minutes. It was a little unsettling and took away from the initial excitement of arriving. We called customer service to confirm that he was indeed authorized to be there, and the representative we spoke with was very kind and apologetic, which we appreciated. Finally, while the unit was very comfortable, we did find that it was lacking a few basic amenities, such as dishwasher detergent and dish-drying towels. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the space, view, and comfort. With a little more attention to the check-in/cleaning process and a few basic supplies, this would be an excellent experience."

"Great area, really nice house and amazing property. Sunsets over the water from the back yard were beautiful each night. So much space inside and out. Beds were comfortable. Basement was an added bonus with a pool table and video game. Would love to stay again."

"Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cette maison. La localisation est exceptionnelle : un secteur tranquille, une ambiance paisible et une vue sur le fleuve absolument incroyable. Tout ce qu’il faut se trouve à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour simple et agréable.Les hôtes ont offert des communications exemplaires. Proactifs, rapides et attentionnés, ils ont vraiment facilité notre expérience du début à la fin.La maison est vieillotte et pas parfaite, mais elle est propre, pleine de cachet et décorée avec goût. On y trouve plusieurs accessoires et petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus confortable.Nous avons adoré notre passage et nous y retournerions sans hésiter."
