Our house is located in the Konzen district of Monschau in a quiet location about 4 km from the city center.
In our listed building there are three apartments.
We gave this apartment the name "a Schartmann".
It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is equipped with a kitchen and adjoining living room. There are 4 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate shower / toilet. A sofa bed can be added in two bedrooms.
The apartment has a balcony with garden furniture.
There is enough parking space right by the house.
We are happy to provide our garage for motorcycles and bicycles.
We heat our apartment with a modern pellet and solar heating.
There is a climbing frame in the garden for our little guests.

We all enjoyed our time there. The apartment was clean tidy and spacious. The bedrooms where large and well appointed. The kitchen had almost all that was necessery to cook with.. Perhaps a microwave might have been useful for someone like me who is no expert at cooking. An observation rather than a negative. It would have been nice to have had a couple of soft chairs to relax on or read, Other than that I would recommend ths property to anyone.

Goede lokatie, ruime kamers en prima keuken. Enige wat we misten was een bankstel, maar dat zal komen omdat ook alle kamers los kunnen worden verhuurd.

Die Gatgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung und die Lage waren perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub für die ganze Familie ( 8-77 Jahre). Monschau, Rursee und Aachen sind lohnenswerte Ziele und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen. Die ruhige Lage ermöglicht gute Erholung und ruhigen Schlaf. Die Zimmer überzeugen durch die Grösse und das jeweils eigene Bad, so dass innerhalb der Wohnung auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gegeben sind . Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist funktional eingerichtet mit Kochmöglichkeit und genügend Geschirr.Der Bereich hat viel Platz für 10 Personen. Bei schönem Wetter ist auch die Terasse recht gross zur Nutzung. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen als Ausgengspunkt für die Erkundung der schönen Gegend.

Hervorragend geeignet für mehrere Einzelpersonen
Die vier separaten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad waren für uns hervorragend geeignet, um uns zurückziehen zu können. Die Küche war als Versammlungsort geräumig und hell, die Dachterrasse himmlisch. Toll war der Standort des Quartiers als Ausgangspunkt für wunderbare Wanderungen (direkt am Kaiser-Karl-Weg) und Ausflüge. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Ruhige Lage - gemütliches entspannen
Absolut ruhige Lage, sehr nette Besitzer. Jedes Zimmer mit WC und Dusche, ist ein Luxus. Gemeinsame Küche war perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend. Freisitz vorhanden wurde aufgrund des Familienprogramms nicht genutzt... Leider ist das Internet sehr langsam gewesen.

Praktische Ferienwohnung mit Doppelzimmer welche jeweils ein eigenes Bad haben. Gut ausgestattete Küche (Achtung: keine Weizenbiergläser :-) )Gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten in schöner Umgebung. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Super hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter!

Schöne Lage. Nette Mieter. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe.
Wir sind mit 10 Leuten angereist. Die Mieter waren sehr nett. Die Schlafräume hatten eine gute größe, es war super das jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Das Haus war sehr kühl, trotz das wir 38 Grad draußen hatten. In der Nähe gab es Lidel, Aldi und Kaufland zum Einkaufen. Haben mit den Kindern abends den Garten genutzt um zu Spielen oder auch eine Wasserbomben Schlacht zu machen, es war eine schöne Abkühlung .
