The reason the place lost a star wad access. We can easily see the building, but approach street via navigation was blocked for pedestrians. Drove around the building 3 times, until we saw an unmarked turn. The turn should have been marked, and directions posted on the blocked street."

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Only issues were that it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. A fan was provided. We had to find something to hold the window open to keep it open a crack just to get air flow."
