"It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."

Y el jardín era enooooormeeeee, nunca me hubiese imaginado al caminar por la calle que al otro lado de los muros habría un jardín tan enorme perteneciente a una sola casa. Si el jardín es super llamativo, la casa, del S. XVII, es absolutamente espectacular, vaya alucine. Me hacía trasladarme a otra época. El desayuno se sirve de 9 a 11 horas...

"Room was well maintained. We had an excellent view of the canyon. The food for dinner and breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. Great service and atmosphere. The only negatives have to do with are the spa area and services. They charge to use the circuit and time limit you. The pools were warm, not hot. Some features didn't work. The Exterior hot tub should have been the crown jewel but it was tepid at best. Best features were the heated lounge chairs and the steam room. We wanted to get a massage but that needs to get booked well in advance, which is frustrating. Still, hiking around and seeing the beautiful landscape was an unforgettable experience. Well worth the stay."
