This large 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms house has view to the ocean & historical Cocagne Island and you have access to a private beach located just a short walk away 2-4 minutes: This house is perfect for any type of vacation, weekend getaway, special occasions and summer vacation. Experience tranquility while still enjoying comfort & many close destination. The house has 4 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full bathroom. The house can easily accommodate 8 guests. It has a 6 person hot tub available September to June, closed July August.

Fantastic stay
We just spent a week here and had a wonderful time. The house was newly renovated, beautifully decorated, spacious and impeccably clean. The yard was perfect for our kids - a huge lawn to play sports on and a short walk to a private beach. The hot tub and floating raft were so much fun! The owners were quick to respond to our questions and requests and left us a wonderful welcome gift of gourmet treats. It was the highlight of our summer and we look forward to returning next year!

Spacious, cozy, well decorated home away from home.
This spacious house was welcoming with everything you might want. Huge yard with a fire pit. A deck with a place to eat together on the deck. A hot tub for a nice soak under the 🌟 stars. My family spent alot of time traveling to various nearby beaches and sights but we could have easily stayed at our cabin which also allowed access to a nearby beach & had a wonderful time as well.
