First let me say I was looking to spoil myself with a fancy suite and this room was a complete disappointment.
Why do you call it a suite, it's just like evey low priced motel room Ive stayed in. The wall behind the toilet was gross, not sure when it was washed last. You also keep drinking glasses on a shelf behind the toilet ? This is gross. There was no working fridge in the room, a small warm fridge yes, if thats what you want. There wasn't even a kleenex box in the room.
We tried several times to contact the front desk but there was nobody available. Had to get dressed and go down to the restaurant b/c nobody would answer a phone at the front desk or restaurant.
In the morning, we tried to make a coffee in the lunch room but there was no sugar. You have not upgraded your rooms nor have you provided enough staff or enough supplies for your staff to do their jobs efficiently.
Finally I was told that there would be a $100 deposit, which was charged to my credit card ON TOP of the room charge. I've been told to wait 10 days and if my card is not refunded I am to all back ? who operates like this ? I wouldn't recommend nor will I stay there again.
